Kale: Kale is a powerhouse veggie loaded with vitamin A, vitamin K and vitamin C. This nutrient dense vegetable is one of the most nutritious vegetables in the world! Butternut Squash: Butternut squash contains vitamin A, potassium and fiber. These nutrients support digestion, skin & eye health, and may even help lower blood pressure. Squash is a great winter vegetable because it can be used in both savory and sweet dishes!
