This is my exact meal plan calendar. This is not a custom meal plan program, rather I’m simply sharing my meal plan in the hopes that it provides you with inspiration. You can follow my exact meal plan or use the blank calendar provided to create your own meal plan calendar for the month.

I hope this calendar provides you with inspiration for meals that you can make for your own family! This product is a calendar with daily dinner-time inspiration, no recipes are included. Most of these recipes you can find for free on my blog or in my cookbook.

Is this plan only for new moms?

Are these recipes vegan?

All of the recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and predominately plant-based. Some of our recipes call for eggs and therefore some recipes are not vegan. However, we provide egg alternatives so that every recipe can be made vegan.

Will this plan benefit me if I’m not breastfeeding?

Absolutely! The primary goal of this Nutrition Plan is designed to nourish moms. If you are breastfeeding we offer tips and recipes that may support milk production.
